Will certain pieces be back in stock?

Each piece is one of a kind and no two are alike. I source vintage, old, and broken jewelry to make each piece so all materials are limited. That means you'll have something no one else has. I may do similar styles with different materials from time to time.  

How should I care for my piece?

Please remember that many of the components are vintage and may show signs of wear. Keep your jewels away from water and cosmetics so you can wear them over and over again. Avoid exercising or sleeping in your jewelry. Some of the materials are costume jewelry and are not pure metal which means they can tarnish with regular wear and may react with sensitive skin. 

What do I do if something is broken?

For repairs needed within the first 8 weeks from purchase please email jessie@andoveragain.com with the order number and the jewelry’s injury and I will send you a shipping label to return to me so I can fix it for free.

How can I make a return?

Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery date. Please email jessie@andoveragain.com to begin the return process with your order number and reason for return. I will send you a return shipping label and refund your purchase. 

Shipping?

There is a $7 flat fee for shipping. Domestic deliveries will usually be made through USPS and arrive within 5-14 business days. 

Jewelry Care

Each one of a kind piece is made with vintage and up-cycled materials. This means they each have their own personality and may show signs of wear from their previous lives. Please care for it by avoiding contact with water and cosmetics. Don't wear it while sleeping, swimming, or exercising. Some elements are made with costume jewelry and may react with sensitive skin. Do give your piece a cute nickname to let it know it's special.
